💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain a modern cloud-native Internal Platform using Temporal and other tools at Workato, the leader in enterprise orchestration. Your work will directly impact scalability, cost optimization, and developer experience for 400,000+ customers. This role offers exposure to multi-geographic deployments and a chance to shape platform engineering best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build scalable Internal Platform solutions with Temporal and other tools.
• Maintain and enhance existing platform health, stability, and performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines automating security, reliability, and availability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer throughput and testing.

📋 Requirements

• Go proficiency (preferred) or Python/Java/JavaScript.
• 5+ years hands-on engineering experience (Platform/Software/DevOps/SRE).
• Experience creating scalable pipelines with ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Experience with Kubernetes deployments using Helm/Kustomize and GitOps.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Temporal or similar workflow engines.
• Familiarity with chaos engineering and canary deployments.
• BS/MS in CS or equivalent experience.
