You'll lead influencer strategy and execution for high-impact global client accounts and manage a team. You'll own campaigns end-to-end, from creative direction to performance analysis. This role offers fully remote work and unlimited time off.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop influencer strategies and creative direction for client accounts.
• Lead and mentor a team of Mid-level and Junior Influencer Managers.
• Manage full campaign lifecycle from brief to optimization and analysis.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and support new business proposals.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in influencer marketing with proven campaign success.
• Ability to translate client briefs into influencer strategies and execution plans.
• Strong instincts for content formats and creator-brand fit.
• Comfortable working in Airtable, Notion, or similar systems.
