Description

You will collaborate with account executives to develop territory strategies, conduct discovery to understand customer requirements, and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for Okta's identity platform. You'll communicate customer needs to product teams and help drive adoption of cloud security solutions.

Requirements

• Passion to serve customers in a customer-facing role like consulting or support, ideally solutions engineering
• Ability to quickly communicate complex technical concepts via presentations and whiteboarding
• Understanding of IAM: SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, LDAP
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and core security concerns
• Native Spanish speaker and professional English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies
• Conduct research and discovery to understand customer requirements and communicate business value
• Execute delivery of POCs for complex use cases, collaborating with engineering teams
• Craft technical content and prepare demos to showcase Okta platform capabilities
• Distill customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales
