Description

As the first point of contact for Lightspeed's hospitality customers, you will handle a variety of requests—from general education to hardware/software troubleshooting—via phone, chat, and email. You'll work within a global, multi-language support team to investigate, resolve, and escalate issues, ensuring a gold-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience and/or technical support
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Basic experience with iOS, Android, OSX, Windows platforms

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues for hospitality customers
  • Document, track, and resolve interactions in customer support platforms
  • Identify and escalate product issues and bugs to the Quality Assurance team
  • Operate within a roster/schedule to ensure high availability
