You'll partner with engineering leadership and the recruiting team to identify and engage high caliber engineering professionals for a fast-growing startup. Your core impact will be building a robust candidate pipeline and creating a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role stands out because you'll be an essential partner in scaling the engineering organization at a Series D company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively source and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Develop recruiting strategies and creatively source high-caliber candidates
• Partner with engineering team to increase referrals for high-priority openings
• Drive recruiting hygiene by accurately capturing activity in ATS (Greenhouse)

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a technical recruiter in software technology
• Demonstrated success in engineering recruiting at top-tier tech companies
• Experience with recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS like Greenhouse
