You'll build one-on-one relationships with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting their independence through community activities like hobbies, socializing, and exercise. Your role fosters a safe, dignified environment where clients thrive as valued community members. No experience required, with paid training and flexible scheduling on Oahu.
