You'll join a small squad building marketplace features and AI-powered tools that connect SA tech talent with the right opportunities. Your work will directly impact real candidates and hiring companies every week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship fullstack features weekly across front-end and back-end
• Design and build AI-powered features using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs
• Own solutions end-to-end from design to post-ship iteration
• Mentor junior engineers through pairing and code review

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of production software engineering experience
• 5+ years working with React in production environment
• Strong across full stack with frontend bias
• Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL

✨ Nice to Have

• Ruby on Rails experience
• Experience with AI tools like Cursor and V0
• Product-minded with strong customer focus
