Requirements

Superior verbal communication skills
Competent computer skills and ability to multi-task
Receptive to coaching and punctual
Own high-speed internet (50 mb/s), ethernet cable, headset, mouse
Personal laptop or PC with webcam for training

Responsibilities

Engage in inbound and outbound calls with consumers
Ask qualifying questions to match consumers with insurance agents
Complete follow-up calls to ensure consumer satisfaction
Record consumer experience information
Communicate with leadership and team via chat
