💼 About This Role

You'll own the entire mobile architecture and build a new AdTech product from scratch at Europe's #3 fastest-growing company. You'll lead technical standards through rigorous code reviews and optimize system responsiveness. You'll be trusted with responsibility fast in a high-speed, high-ownership culture. This is a 5-day in-office role in Berlin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build high-performance, scalable mobile apps from scratch using Swift/Kotlin/React Native
• Architect the mobile experience for a new project, owning the full lifecycle
• Optimize system responsiveness and manage services for split-testing and feature flagging
• Lead technical standards through code reviews and weekly syncs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of heavy-hitting mobile and software development experience
• Deep mastery of Swift/Kotlin/React Native
• Expertise in deploying AI agents for automation
• Experience developing or implementing SDKs
