💼 About This Role

You'll manage fund accounting and reporting for Woven Capital, Toyota's $1.6B venture capital arm. You'll own the relationship with the Fund Admin team and prepare monthly consolidations for Toyota Motor Corporation. This role offers exposure to VC/CVC finance within a world-class team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review monthly and quarterly financial statements from the Fund Admin team.
• Prepare and self-review monthly consolidation reporting to Toyota Motor Corporation.
• Run the expense management process from invoicing to payment.
• Collaborate on quarterly fair value calculations per ASC 820 for investment positions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• ~5 years experience in a similar role.
• CPA or Chartered Accountant qualification required.
• Fair value accounting knowledge for portfolio companies and VC fund structure.

• CFA or MBA.
• Japanese language ability.
• Experience with AI adoption in finance.
