As a Client Success Manager at Pattern Data, you'll own relationships with top law firms, driving platform adoption and shaping the client experience through trust, operational rigor, and data-driven insights. You'll serve as the voice of the client internally and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI-powered platform delivers real outcomes for complex mass tort litigation.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships for an assigned book of business, understanding each firm's litigation portfolio and success criteria
• Lead client onboarding and serve as primary day-to-day contact, building trust with partners and operations leads
• Drive platform adoption using data and reporting to demonstrate value and align with firm workflows
• Anticipate and mitigate client issues by monitoring engagement signals and proactively addressing risks
• Serve as voice of the client internally, channeling product feedback and evaluating custom requests with Product and Engineering
