Description

As a Generator Technician, you will service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and installations while ensuring safety and reliability of mission-critical power systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with generator and electrical maintenance
• Thorough knowledge of generator installation, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Moderate computer skills
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial generators on cell towers
• Install or replace fuel lines, electrical wiring, controls, and components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance to ensure readiness
• Respond promptly to power/generator alarms and be on call 24/7 when assigned
• Work safely following OSHA standards and use appropriate safety equipment
