You'll drive growth across key U.S. markets by building strategic partnerships with property owners, developers, and operators in the office and multifamily space. Your core impact will be closing long-term, multi-site agreements through consultative selling. This role offers uncapped commission and the opportunity to scale with an experienced leadership team.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets
  • Build relationships with property groups from initial contact through partnership
  • Manage a high-activity pipeline with strong conversion metrics
  • Close long-term, multi-site agreements through consultative selling

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven quota attainment through high-activity prospecting
  • Experience selling into property-related verticals (commercial real estate, property management, multifamily, hospitality, facility management)
  • Strong hunter mentality with ability to create opportunities independently

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)
