💼 About This Role

You'll step into mixed-age Montessori classrooms (ages 0–6) as an on-call substitute, supporting children and maintaining a calm, engaging environment. You'll collaborate with staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care. This flexible role offers a path to become a full-time Assistant Teacher.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups
• Help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor
