💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary helpdesk responder and own device provisioning for a mission-driven GovTech startup. Your work ensures that employees have seamless, secure access to tools, directly enabling the team to modernize public assistance programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues end-to-end.
• Provision and distribute laptops with security tools via MDM.
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, and IT workflows.
• Manage office equipment including A/V and network gear.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in technical support or internal helpdesk roles.
• Proficiency with macOS troubleshooting.
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MacOS MDMs (Jamf, Mosyle, Fleetsmith).
• Familiarity with Terminal/CLI (bash, zsh).
• Knowledge of basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
