You'll build and maintain the reporting, analytics, and operational infrastructure that powers day-to-day execution and leadership decision-making for a high-growth fintech company. You'll enable better decisions through sales dashboards and pipeline analysis, and play a key role in scaling the sales organization.
π― What You'll Do
- Build and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Analyze pipeline health, deal velocity, and stage conversion.
- Support weekly and monthly forecasting with data-driven insights.
- Monitor and improve CRM data quality in Salesforce.
π Requirements
- 2-5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structures.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with large datasets.
- Experience with sales or revenue analytics (pipeline, forecasting, productivity).

- Experience with custodians, advisor-facing platforms, or asset management.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode).
- Experience using LLMs and AI agents (Glean preferred).
