You'll build and maintain the reporting, analytics, and operational infrastructure that powers day-to-day execution and leadership decision-making for a high-growth fintech company. You'll enable better decisions through sales dashboards and pipeline analysis, and play a key role in scaling the sales organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Analyze pipeline health, deal velocity, and stage conversion.
  • Support weekly and monthly forecasting with data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and improve CRM data quality in Salesforce.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structures.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with large datasets.
  • Experience with sales or revenue analytics (pipeline, forecasting, productivity).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with custodians, advisor-facing platforms, or asset management.
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode).
  • Experience using LLMs and AI agents (Glean preferred).
