• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Optimize performance of core automation equipment such as conveyors and auto sorters
• Perform daily failure response and preventive inspections to minimize operational risks
• Communicate with partners to continuously improve equipment quality
• Contribute to last-mile logistics innovation through automation maintenance
