🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy and go-to-market plans
- Oversee end-to-end commercial processes including pipeline management and forecasting
- Set and own commercial performance targets, ensuring delivery against revenue goals
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing commercial talent
📋 Requirements
- Proven B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS or online marketplace
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth across SMB segments
- Track record of leading teams to consistently deliver against revenue targets
- Highly analytical and data-driven with commercial metrics skills
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or payments industry
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
