🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy and go-to-market plans
  • Oversee end-to-end commercial processes including pipeline management and forecasting
  • Set and own commercial performance targets, ensuring delivery against revenue goals
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing commercial talent

📋 Requirements

  • Proven B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS or online marketplace
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth across SMB segments
  • Track record of leading teams to consistently deliver against revenue targets
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with commercial metrics skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or payments industry
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
