You'll secure affordable housing for newly arrived refugees and support housing-related tasks under the CalAIM program. Your core impact is helping clients regain stability through safe apartments and comprehensive case management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct outreach and build relationships with landlords for affordable housing
• Secure and confirm safe, clean housing for clients across multiple programs
• Develop individualized housing support plans and conduct needs assessments
• Facilitate housing workshops on budgeting, tenant rights, and readiness

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience securing housing through resource coordination and advocacy
• Knowledge of housing and homelessness programs in the Sacramento region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online portals
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance for local travel

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Medi-Cal, CalAIM ECM/Community Supports and landlord-tenant laws
• Experience working in multi-cultural environments with limited English clients
• Ability to speak Spanish or other refugee languages
