You'll provide coding consulting and education to healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate CPT/ICD coding and compliance with regulations. You'll review medical records, conduct quality audits, and identify documentation improvement opportunities in a remote, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review medical records and assign precise CPT, ICD-10 codes.
• Conduct data quality reviews for compliance with coding guidelines.
• Communicate with stakeholders on clinical and reimbursement issues.
• Identify documentation improvement opportunities and coding issues.

📋 Requirements

• AHIMA (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) or AAPC (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC, CRC) certification.
• Experience in a process-driven, high-volume coding environment.
• Strong knowledge of CPT II codes.
• Proficiency in computerized encoding and abstracting software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ICD-10-PCS coding.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and VPN.
