You will manage a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via telehealth, while collaborating with a dedicated team and engaging in continuous learning. Your role is vital to delivering human-centered primary care that improves patient experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Med/Peds residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• State licensed in Oregon
• Passion for human-centered primary care

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via telehealth
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
