In this entry-level role, you will transform high-level outlines into polished learning materials, build facilitator guides, and design interactive virtual experiences. You'll help ensure facilitators can deliver life-changing behavioral health treatment sessions with confidence and connection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint) and LMS/CMS
• Adaptable writing style matching brand tone (warm, empathetic, conversational)
• User-centric mindset to design empathetic learning experiences
• Preferred: VILT experience, knowledge of ID models (ADDIE, SAM), and AI capability

Responsibilities

• Translate design blueprints into learning modules, slide decks, and training packages
• Create professional, visually appealing content for complex information
• Adapt content for virtual delivery platforms like Zoom or Teams
• Write comprehensive facilitator guides with talk tracks, timing cues, and transition notes
• Design interactive elements such as polls, breakout scenarios, and reflection prompts
