You'll support the cafe leader in delivering exceptional hospitality, building teams, and driving sustainable business at Blue Bottle Coffee. You'll set standards and act as a barista role model while managing daily operations. This role offers a chance to grow in a leading specialty coffee brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist cafe leader in driving cafe operations and initiatives.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Manage daily shift schedules and business reports.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure safety standards.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail/hospitality experience (food & beverage preferred).
• 1+ year of store management experience as a regular employee.
• Leadership skills to mentor diverse team members.
• Fire prevention or food hygiene manager certification preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Barista experience is not required but a plus.
• Food hygiene manager certification.
• Fire prevention manager certification.
