💼 About This Role

You'll define and operationalize the governance framework enabling high-quality data to safely power GenAI agents and analytics. You'll set the vision for the internal data ecosystem and establish operational standards. This role is critical to ensuring AI outcomes are trustworthy and effective. You'll drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the company's Corporate Operating Data Governance framework
• Define metadata standards including data classification and AI eligibility
• Establish fitness-for-purpose data quality expectations for operating data
• Define lifecycle expectations and retention, archival, and deletion policies

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in data governance, data management, or AI governance roles
• Experience governing unstructured or operational data (collaboration platforms, knowledge systems)
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts and lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution without direct authority

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI governance or AI enablement
• Familiarity with platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, Jira
