Description

You will architect and lead the implementation of scalable web solutions, ensuring robust backend APIs, data strategies, and performance optimizations while mentoring a team of engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development and technical leadership experience
• 2+ years of engineering lead experience
• Deep expertise in Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, and CI/CD
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Design and lead implementation of system architectures (microservices or monoliths)
• Establish and enforce backend best practices for REST/GraphQL APIs, security (OAuth/JWT), and documentation
• Define data persistence strategy using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis caching
• Partner with DevOps on CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure cloud services
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks; improve system latency and throughput
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on security, maintainability, and architecture
