You'll drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within defined mid-market maritime segments by promoting RightShip's safety, environmental, and due diligence solutions. You'll expand adoption of subscription-based digital products while strengthening customer understanding of maritime risk and ESG performance. This role offers a chance to work at the intersection of maritime, technology, and sustainability.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Achieve annual sales targets across assigned territory or customer segment
  • Acquire new logo customers within small-to-mid fleet operators and regional charterers
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell of inspections, ESG tools, and risk intelligence services
  • Develop and maintain a structured outbound sales pipeline through targeted prospecting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Marketing or related discipline
  • 5โ€“8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or data-driven solutions environment
  • Understanding of shipping operations, vessel risk or compliance frameworks
  • Experience selling subscription or data-driven solutions
