๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within defined mid-market maritime segments by promoting RightShip's safety, environmental, and due diligence solutions. You'll expand adoption of subscription-based digital products while strengthening customer understanding of maritime risk and ESG performance. This role offers a chance to work at the intersection of maritime, technology, and sustainability.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Achieve annual sales targets across assigned territory or customer segment
- Acquire new logo customers within small-to-mid fleet operators and regional charterers
- Drive cross-sell and upsell of inspections, ESG tools, and risk intelligence services
- Develop and maintain a structured outbound sales pipeline through targeted prospecting
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Marketing or related discipline
- 5โ8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or data-driven solutions environment
- Understanding of shipping operations, vessel risk or compliance frameworks
- Experience selling subscription or data-driven solutions
