You'll lead the HR function at a robotics startup, from recruiting to employee development, in a hybrid setup in Stuttgart. Your core impact is building scalable processes and culture that support rapid growth. This role offers direct collaboration with founders and a chance to shape the P&C strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and conduct structured onboarding programs
  • Manage offboarding including exit interviews
  • Develop training programs and foster company culture
  • Act as central HR contact for managers and employees

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Completed degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin or similar
  • Several years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
