You'll support the store leadership team in creating the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations. This role stands out for its focus on pop culture and music enthusiasts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Knowledge of BOPIS and curbside pickup.
