You'll drive automation equipment development for Starlink's high-volume manufacturing lines. You'll own end-to-end equipment qualification and optimization at contract manufacturers. This role offers direct impact on scaling production for a world-changing product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end development and qualification of automation equipment at contract manufacturers.
• Design and qualify custom automation fixtures and poka-yoke mechanisms.
• Program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for automated cells.
• Lead line optimization initiatives for throughput and OEE improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in automation equipment development or controls engineering.
• Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Beckhoff).
• Experience with line balancing and OEE improvement.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience designing automated assembly lines.
• Expertise in DOE, SPC, and process window development.
• Knowledge of ANSI/RIA robot safety standards and ISO 13849.
