You will advise on securitisation structures, draft and negotiate transaction documentation, and support domestic and cross-border deals. Requirements

• Qualified lawyer eligible to practice in the UK with right to work
• Experience advising on securitisation, structured finance, or debt capital markets
• Experience drafting and negotiating securitisation documentation
• Experience at leading law firms in structured finance or capital markets teams
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on securitisation and structured finance transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation including offering memoranda and trust deeds
• Support transactions involving asset-backed securities and receivables securitisations
• Manage domestic and cross-border securitisation transactions, coordinating with stakeholders
• Conduct legal analysis and due diligence to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance
