💼 About This Role

You'll install, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation and control systems in a mission-critical data center environment. You'll keep BMS, EPMS, and PLC systems running at peak performance, ensuring uptime and reliability for AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, terminate, and maintain BMS/BAS controllers and field devices
• Diagnose and resolve BMS, EPMS, and equipment-level control faults
• Navigate and configure BMS platforms for point mapping and alarms
• Troubleshoot communication protocols and support PID loop tuning

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent in Electrical Technology or related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on controls or building automation technician experience
• Working knowledge of at least one major BMS platform (Ignition, EcoStruxure, Metasys, Niagara)
• Ability to read control drawings and schematics and use standard test tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a data center or mission-critical environment
• Ignition certification or equivalent BMS platform certification
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 General Industry certification
