Description

You will lead cross-functional teams to solve business problems related to internal processes, using continuous improvement tools and Lean/Six Sigma principles to design and implement scalable workflows. This role involves direct ownership of end-to-end process improvements to drive a best-in-class, service-focused operation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in provider operations in a payer setting
• Experience with NCQA, CMS, NUCC requirements
• 3+ years using data software (Google platforms, SQL, or other analytics tools)
• 3+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• 3+ years designing workflows and standing up operating and technical procedures

• Implement Continuous Improvement Tools aligned to industry standards
• Partner cross-functionally to support core operational improvements
• Utilize programmatic frameworks and adjust approach based on measured outcomes
• Create and sustain foundational stability and scalability using process improvement best practices
