• Configure the RainFocus platform for client implementations
• Facilitate system design and architecture workshops with clients
• Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans
• Provide regular updates on milestones and tasks to project managers

📋 Requirements

• Software implementation experience (2-7+ years)
• Fluent in both English and Japanese
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions through platform configuration
• Enterprise-level client experience with complex requirements
