🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end global payroll operations across 15+ countries
• Oversee payroll forecasting, reporting, and general ledger reconciliation
• Procure and manage payroll vendors, establishing SLAs and KPIs
• Ensure tax compliance and lead system implementations for equity tools

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in payroll with global exposure
• Knowledge of US, EMEA, and international payroll processes
• Experience with HRIS systems and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
