Description

You will secure gates and buildings, patrol premises, verify vehicle authorizations, and provide customer service at the gate. This role is essential for protecting associates, customers, and assets at our auto auction facility.

Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively
• Proficient in data entry on handheld device or computer
• Valid driver's license and able to drive various vehicles

Responsibilities

• Secure gates, buildings, and patrol premises
• Verify authorized entry and check departing vehicles
• Use handheld device to input vehicle information (VIN, miles, etc.)
• Greet customers and resolve complaints courteously
• Report irregularities such as fire hazards or unsecured doors
