💼 About This Role

You'll support students with emotional and behavioral challenges in a K-12 school setting, helping them develop positive behaviors and academic skills. Working with educators, you'll implement behavior intervention plans and build supportive relationships with students and families.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide small-group academic support to reinforce learning strategies.
• Teach and reinforce positive behaviors for self-regulation.
• Collect behavioral data to track progress and guide interventions.
• Assist in de-escalating student crises using appropriate techniques.

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or 60 college credits or passing ParaPro exam
• Minimum 1 year experience working with adolescents in a school setting
