Description
You will build and scale the expansion motion for Ivo's AI Contract Review and Repository products, driving growth within existing enterprise accounts. You'll work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, develop playbooks, and eventually lead a team.
Requirements
- Builder's mindset thriving in ambiguity
- 5+ years selling into complex enterprises
- Experience with expansion motions (bonus)
- Skilled at navigating global, multi-entity organizations
- Experience building or scaling motions that increased product penetration or multi-product adoption
- Product fluency and credibility in AI-driven products
- Experience across the sales funnel (SDR or new business background is a strong plus)
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
- Customer curiosity and commercial creativity

Responsibilities
- Identify and win expansion opportunities in existing customer accounts
- Experiment, iterate, and create repeatable expansion motions
- Partner with Account Executives, CSMs, and RevOps to find whitespace opportunities
- Work with Marketing to create tailored expansion campaigns and enablement materials
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to shape new offerings based on customer insights
- Build analytics to measure expansion potential, pipeline, and revenue impact
- Develop strategy, systems, and playbook for expanding product adoption
- Scale the expansion motion through people, processes, and systems
