💼 About This Role

You'll join our Technical Support Team as the frontline for customer success, troubleshooting SaaS solutions and resolving technical challenges. Your core impact will be ensuring customers maximize product value through expert assistance and cross-department collaboration. You'll work with experienced technology leaders to support SaaS platforms and SQL databases.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Resolve technical issues through troubleshooting and log analysis
  • Communicate investigation progress and update CRM records
  • Share best practices for product utilization and deployment
  • Support KPI targets and participate in on-call rotation

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Proven experience with SaaS platforms (mandatory)
  • Familiar with relational databases and SQL scripting
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with client-server architecture
  • Troubleshooting experience for web-based applications
