Description

You will lead three Iowa dispensaries while also serving as the on-site General Manager of the Iowa City location, with expected expansion into southern Minnesota. This dual-accountability role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution to drive growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive retail leadership, 3+ years multi-unit management
• 5+ years multifunctional retail management with supervisory experience
• Strong P&L management and analytical skills
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop managers at multiple dispensaries
• Own district P&L, monitor KPIs, guide on labor and cost control
• Conduct store visits and audits to ensure compliance and performance
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance on promotions and inventory
• Lead the Iowa City team to exceed operational and financial goals
