You'll lead a small, high-impact team that gets new customers live quickly and reliably, owning onboarding performance from sale to value. You'll balance execution, coaching, and process improvement in a metrics-driven environment. This role offers high visibility and the chance to scale a product that helps home service pros.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a small onboarding team
- Own onboarding performance metrics including conversion and retention
- Troubleshoot issues with Google Business Profile, Facebook, domains, and websites
- Partner with Sales to improve handoff quality and speed
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of customer-facing experience
- Minimum 1 year of direct people management
- Experience in metrics-driven operational roles
- Ability to interpret onboarding data and make actionable recommendations
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with small business customers
- Familiarity with Google tools, DNS, or domain setup
- Website troubleshooting skills
