You'll drive operational planning across business units and champion agency processes while managing budgets and resources. π― What You'll Do
- Drive operational planning and execution across multiple business units for complex integrated programs.
- Translate client requests into deliverables, assumptions, scopes of work and timelines.
- Manage account commercial aspects: resources, vendors, budgets for financial health.
- Lead project communication and collaborate with all departments from start through completion.
π Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience in advertising or media agency.
- Deep knowledge of web technologies and enterprise software.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an informed point of view.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Scrum certification (CSM).
- Experience in personalized CRM campaign management and digital platform development.
