As a Visual Manager at ALO, you will bring our visual and product strategy to life in the store, ensuring the store is always customer-ready. You will oversee visual merchandising, plan floor changes, and maintain high visual standards by leveraging business data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Champion strong visual standards using business performance data
• Lead product presentation and merchandising including recovery, restock, destock
• Plan visual floor changes through payroll management and adapting visual support
• Own visual direction from planning to execution meeting company expectations and budgets
