You'll own product delivery for a complex B2B product, working with engineering and design teams across multiple timezones. Your core impact will be managing the roadmap, backlog, and daily standups to ensure smooth execution. This role offers 100% remote work and unlimited paid vacation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog
• Collaborate with engineers on estimations and delivery planning
• Create and maintain PRDs, documentation, and acceptance criteria
• Lead daily standups and track delivery progress

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Technical PM in a tech company
• Prior software engineering experience
• Experience managing engineering + QA teams
• Experience with JIRA / Asana and remote multi-timezone teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and React/React Native
• Experience with booking/reservation platforms
