You will lead manufacturing engineering strategy, drive innovation in processes and automation, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced defense technology environment. Your role includes overseeing new product introductions, scaling production, and developing teams to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience building, leading, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
• Experience scaling production in a high-growth environment
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and operational excellence
• Understanding of classified product requirements and security compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term manufacturing engineering strategy
• Drive innovation in manufacturing processes, automation, and technology adoption
• Oversee optimization of methods, tooling, and processes to improve quality and reduce costs
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and ensure safety/quality compliance
• Partner with R&D for new product introductions and Design for Manufacturability
