💼 About This Role

You'll own the full communications remit for Back Market's highest-priority US market, spanning corporate reputation, consumer storytelling, and earned-influencer strategy. You'll build trust with journalists and influential voices to establish refurbished tech as an easy, confident choice for every American household.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with global + US leadership to co-develop annual comms strategy.
• Serve as primary communications advisor to US Country Manager and Head of Marketing.
• Lead integrated corporate, consumer, and earned influencer communications.
• Track and report on earned media performance, translating data into actionable insights.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12 years leading integrated communication programs for US audiences.
• Hands-on experience managing PR agencies and external partners.
• Experience leading or supporting crisis communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills across all PR formats.
