You'll lead a multidisciplinary engineering and automation team to drive water treatment optimization across multiple sites. Your work directly ensures safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations that meet production and environmental targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering team to prioritize work and allocate resources
• Drive debottlenecking and optimization initiatives
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of Water Quality Plan
• Mentor and develop team members for capability building

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in operations or process engineering
• P.Eng. registration with EGBC or eligible
• Degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
