💼 About This Role

You'll join Griffin's first line operations, managing assurance reviews for direct customers to meet financial crime obligations. Your core impact is scoping, conducting, and reporting on reviews that directly inform risk decisions. This role offers the chance to shape the assurance function and engage with external stakeholders like CEOs and MLROs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the assurance review schedule for direct customers.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of customer responses to identify control gaps.
• Produce formal review reports with clear findings and recommendations.
• Engage with external stakeholders to discuss findings and recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in financial crime compliance with hands-on review work.
• Hands-on experience conducting financial crime audit or assurance reviews.
• Solid understanding of AML, sanctions, KYC, transaction monitoring.
• Confidence managing external relationships and having difficult conversations.
