You'll manage the full client lifecycle for Actimize's financial crime solutions. Your core impact is driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities while building long-term relationships. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process renewals on time and identify upsell opportunities
• Build relationships as a trusted advisor to clients
• Present customized presentations quantifying product usage and benefits
• Collaborate with product management to deliver client feedback

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years applicable experience in CSM function
• Working technical knowledge of financial crimes software
• Experience managing mid-to-large size customers
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Administration or equivalent

• Sales proficiency with installed base customers
• Experience/knowledge of AML or Fraud solutions
