💼 About This Role

You'll lead our growing creative team in building the Octopus Energy brand in Germany, shaping look & feel from website to OOH and events. You'll create unforgettable brand experiences that combine aesthetic quality with performance. This role offers the chance to shape a tech pioneer's brand in a dynamic, agile environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and enable the creative team (design, text, content, event).
• Develop concepts and sharpen storytelling for campaigns and website.
• Ensure brand consistency across visual, verbal, and emotional touchpoints.
• Orchestrate creative vision from idea to execution for projects and events.
• Combine brand building with performance-driven design.

📋 Requirements

• Background as Art Director, Senior Designer, or Creative Director.
• Several years of experience in brand, design, or creative management in B2C.
• Excellent sense of design, layout, UX, text, and tonality.
• Experience staging brands in physical spaces (trade shows, OOH, events).
