• Lead strategy, growth, and P&L for MRO and PD Services
• Identify new service business opportunities in existing accounts
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
• Build executive-level relationships with customers and partners
• Oversee operational execution and scalable service delivery

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years in commercial leadership in manufacturing or B2B tech
• Proven track record growing service-based revenue and P&L
• Strong understanding of MRO operations and product development
